You've got professional video ads ready to go... now keep them performing with just 5 quick clicks per week (Usually 5-10 minutes total).
Use Meta Ads Manager on a computer (adsmanager.facebook.com) or the Meta Business Suite app.
Log in with the Facebook account tied to your Business Page.
Before You Begin
(One-Time Setup)

Make sure your campaign is already live (or we'll guide your setup).

Objective: Usually "Traffic," "Leads," or "Video Views" - optimized for your business needs.

Placements: Automatic (Advantage+ Placements) for best results.

Budget: Set daily or lifetime as discussed.

Targeting: Broad local + basic interests (we provide suggestions)

Creative: Use the video(s), headline and primary text we delivered.
Your Weekly 5-Click Routine
Click 1: Open Ads Manager & Check the Big Picture

Go to adsmanager.facebook.com.

Select the "Campaigns" tab (top level).

Look at columns: Results (e.g., leads, link clicks, video views), Cost per Result, Spend This Week, ROAS/CPA if set up.

Quick rule: If cost per result is way higher than our target (e.g., >$20–$50 per lead depending on your industry), flag it.

Time: 1 minute. Goal: Spot winners vs. losers fast.
Click 2: Pause Anything That's Clearly Losing Money

Switch to "Ad Sets" or "Ads" tab.

Sort by Cost per Result (highest first).

If an ad set or ad has spent >$50–$100 with ZERO or very few results → select it and click "Pause."

Don't delete — just pause so you can turn it back on later if needed.

Pro tip: We built these videos to hook fast; if they're not converting, it's usually targeting or fatigue, not the creative.
Click 3: Boost Winners (Scale What Works)

Find top performers (low cost per result, good volume).

Select the winning ad set → click "Edit" or "Duplicate."

Duplicate it → increase daily budget by 20–50% (e.g., from $20/day to $30/day).

Or use "Rules" (under "Automated Rules"): Create simple one like "If Cost per Result < [target] for 3 days → increase budget 20%."

Time: 1–2 minutes. Goal: Let Meta's algorithm push more of the good stuff.
Click 4: Refresh the Creative (Swap in Fresh Video)

Go to "Ads" level.

Select a winner → click "Duplicate" to make a new ad.

Upload/swap in the next video variant we provided (or rotate headlines/copy from the bank we gave you).

Keep the same targeting/budget.
-
Why? Ads tire out after 1–2 weeks — fresh creative (your pro videos!) resets performance without changing everything.

Bonus: Turn on "Dynamic Creative" if not already (Meta tests combos automatically).
Click 5: Save a Quick Report & Send It

In Ads Manager, click "Export" → "Export Table" (or screenshot key columns).

Jot down: Total spend this week, total results, average cost per result.

Email it to yourself (or us for feedback): "Week of [date]: Spent $X, got Y leads at $Z each."

If something looks off (e.g., spend spiked with no results), reply to us — we're here to troubleshoot.
